500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Becher Bräu glass mug a clear oak-burgundy coloured Dunkel with a generous three fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is rich roasted malts, corn, roasted coffee beans, notes of chocolate. The flavour is strong roasted malts, roasted coffee beans, corn, notes of ashes. The flavour is creamy and smooth. This light bodied Dunkel has a dry roasted malts finish. May be a quite low ABV Dunkel but it's a nice tasting one.
