Une belle bière réconfortante pour commencer le décompte de l'avent ! Un stout très chocolaté et malté brassé avec de la poudre de cacao et du sel de mer. Conditionné sur gruée de cacao pour des arômes puissants de chocolat noir. Les saveurs sont douces et légèrement torréfiées, avec une sucrosité résiduelle onctueuse.

Dark brown colour with ruby-copper highlights, a big frothy warm light-mocha head, good retention, leaving some foamy lacing clouds. Big roasted malt nose at first, coffee, but then - the cacao comes out. Some nice bitterness comes out of this. The roasted barley is what continues mostly in the taste, with the chocolate notes being subtle. Hints of caramel malts, blending the dessert part, but not overly sweet. Not getting much of the saltiness - which I was hoping to get. All-around, still a nice Stout with cacao notes, and the hops well-balanced.
