I've found it in France in a tiny shop of African goods. Cameroonian beer sounds really exotic. But this was rather too usual pale lager with no more characteristic features. Pale light yellow colour and weak head rapidly fading away. The aroma is rather unpleasant: just grassy-irony-rancid smell mixed with unexpressed malty notion. Oily, grassy and watery mouthfeel. The flavour is even hard to describe because of its faceless nature. Even there is no real flavour, only some rare malty and hoppy notes which turn to grassy and slightly sweetish corny liquid with metallic trace. Just weak swill. Water with some beer accents. Not that unpleasant or so, but very thin and weak.
