Grandma's Homegrown Ale - Homegrown hops from Grandma Athena's (Tami's Gramdma's) property are blended with a nice malt bill. Made with fresh Centennial and Cascade hops and styled like a pale ale, this beer is one of a kind! Racer X - This strong winter ale follows English brewing traditions, but with our California twist. Bold hops, but balanced ... It's a double IPA! A.B.V. 7.8%.

Tasted at the 2004 Bistro Hop Festival. Orange gold color, slightly cloudy. Small white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and floral, with a touch of pine. A medium bodied APA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are floral, with a touch of grapefruit. Nice balance. Very smooth tasting. A beer that the bitterness hits you at the finish. Nice beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

This brew pours with a gold body with very little head or lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet yet bitter and hoppy with a nice green, pine note and a touch of grapefruit. The flavor is bitter and hoppy with a touch of fruit and a ton of green, pine notes. Medium bodied, dry and a touch oily.
