Made with my house mixed culture, this double ipa was brewed in old world fashon: mashed in oak casks, boiled in a copper kettle, and fermented in used cabernet barrels. Double dry hopped with citra, simcoe, and ekuanot hops. Fruity hops up front, quickly drying out to a lingering funk/bitter/soft minerality finish
