Similar to the flagship American Pale Ale but with a Canadian East Coast twist, using locally PEI grown hop and barley varieties. Natural ingredients using water, malted barley, hops and yeast following the purity laws originally enacted in 1516. Generous amounts of fresh cascade hops but an intricate citra balance. A fragrant bouquet on the nose and pallet but balanced with the ever so slight malt character.
