‘Cool Beans’ is an environmentally sustainable, gluten-free and vegan beer made with faba beans. Made with 40% faba beans and 60% barley, this beer has been produced in partnership with The Hutton Institute and Abertay University as part of a project to increase sustainability in food and drink production through legume-supported agri-food systems. Brewed with a strong malt backbone to compliment the faba beans, and a mixture of New World hops to make a well-balanced, drinkable IPA. Style: IPA ABV: 4.2% Malt: Faba Beans, Special B, Crystal. Hops: Pilgrim, Simcoe.
