Clean. Sweet. Refreshing. This mead is made with locally sourced caramelized honey from Beeproject Apiaries. Mead is a very simple product: it contains honey, water, yeast, and yeast nutrient. At 6.5% ABV this mead has a cleaner flavour and is more drinkable that many meads that are made to be "wine" style at 12-14% ABV.
