Dry Hopped Berliner Weisse. Inspired by a Berliner Weisse, one of our brewers’ favorite beer styles, this raw sour beer was double dry hopped with Citra and Cryo Citra to accentuate the already distinctive citrus flavors brought by the Escarpment Labs Lactobacillus blend. With intense flavours of lime, lemon, as well as touch of sour candy sweetness, this sour beer is complex, flavorful and incredibly refreshing!

Thanks to Chopz for gifting me this one. Small can from the brewery. Pours an excessive amount of foamy white head that sticks around for quite a while and has a yellowish golden appearance. Also excessive carbonation. Big foamy bubbly lace. Aromas are a bit perfumy and floral for the most part, some grassy and herbal hop notes follow. Flavours are very citrusy and lemony, some subtle yeasty notes, some grassy and wheaty notes. Mild sourness on the palate. Dry mouthfeel.

Barely hazy, very light bright yellow colour with a big white frothy cap, good stay and leaving some foamy lacing. Dry-hoppy scent with mild grassiness and fresh citrus notes. The mild sourness comes out in the taste. Gets a little hazier, but not too much. A good Berliner with enough dryness in the finish - still quite refreshing.
