Comes out of tap opaque coffee brown with a fine-bubbled tan head. Aroma has notes of roast malt and coffee. Flavor kicks up the malt and coffee a notch and adds chocolate and a bit of horehound to the mix. Firm, smooth mouthfeel has fizz to spare. Trust this sextant to guide you to a great brewski!

Scores well on RB, and it was pretty nice, but below average for what they were pouring Monday. Perhaps a little too light and easy drinking to be great, though it's roasted malt and coffee flavors are nice - if a bit on the mellow side.
