Birra al miele. Il suo nome deriva dal miele d'erica, è di color oro antico con schiuma ampia e profumata. Il naso viene invaso da aromi dove spiccano sia dote di miele che un sentore di arancia amara. Di estrema morbidezza, avvolge il palato rasserenando i sensi con grande equilibrio, per chiudere, in un inaspettato amaro aromatico. Adatta all' abbinamento col formaggio grana, carni sapide e saporite. Disponibile nei formati Classico da 75 cl. Temp. di servizio 10/12°C.

Shared 750 ml bottle, imported to Germany by BraufactuM. Bought at Citti-Markt Flensburg. Orginal bottle No. 42311. German bottle No. 313. ABV is 9%. Cloudy orange colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of honey and herbs. Plenty of carbonation. The flavour is not nearly as sweet as I feared, but has distinct notes of heather honey and various herbs. Unusual and interesting.
