Dora is our exploratory (see what we did there!?) series of beers where we mess around with anything from ingredients to process. This beers purpose is to explore the use of a small amount of light crystal malt to add perceived sweetness while drying out the body of the beer further than we usually do in an IPA. We then dry hopped it aggressively with a blend of Citra and Vic Secret. We taste pineapple, citrus, passionfruit and light piney, resin in the finish.
