We have some Fresh Ink! Fresh Ink 2017, our Fresh Hopped beer, started as a outline for a New England ISA to which we started to add colour with fresh Triple Pearl from Square One Hops on the Naramata Bench. To add nuance and shading to this canvas we added some Azacca as a dry hop addition. The design has it in the range 40 IBU with an ABV of 4%. It is a light sessionable beer, very reminiscent of a Euro Pils, with a very light body and low alcohol but with that distinctive pilsner like hop bitterness on the finish.
