The Wheeler Wheat is our latest mainstay and is a result of input from our staff and customers. People wanted refreshment and Wheeler Wheat is all about that. It's an American-style wheat with 45% malted wheat and select specialty malts. It has a pleasantly mild hop profile and has been enhanced with orange peel and coriander for added refreshment.

It pours a hazy golden with inch-thick white head and some lacing. A sweet and fruity aroma of wheat malts, light hops, oranges, banana possibly, bread and yeast, and some spices. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of wheat malts, light hops, orange, bread and yeast, light bitterness, and a mix of spices. Solid witbier!

Slightly hazed golden body with good lacing. The flavor is a little watery, but the wheat is present. Good spicing, but definitely reserved. Not a top tier witbier (what the menu listed it as), but defintely refreshing.
