We have brewed this Red IPA using the techniques for brewing a New England IPA. A massive amount of hops added with very little to no boiling, creating a beer of intense hoppy, fruity, juiciness without the bitterness. Usually unfiltered, we have coarse filtered to remove the majority of yeast, to keep the red colour, without stripping flavour & mouthfeel.
