By now you know about our obsession with Miss Fancy the Elephant, but you probably don’t know that she had a very special trainer named Mr. Todd. It has been said that Miss Fancy and Mr. Todd had a special understanding and that she would not take instruction from anyone else. Mr. Todd was known for his intense affection for bootleg beer and whiskey, and being a sharing sort of bloke, he would allow Miss Fancy a few drinks as well.

Deep, rich auburn-amber color indicative of style. Intensely pleasant floral hop aroma; a must for any true hophead. Strong hops on the front with a clean finish and strong malty back. At 9.0% no detectable presence of alcohol. Rich, big and tasty.
