Poured a clear light yellow colour at first pour, but now it is cloudy with a fizzy-frothy white head, low retention and some foam on top. Bigger chunks floating through it. Jasmine floral aromas with mild lime sourness to balance things. The taste is leafy, but pretty mild all-around. Some lime notes, some yeast. A dry mouthfeel. Interesting, but wish it had more punch. Probably better for summer.
