Its all about the hops. In this case Australian Galaxy hops. Used in the kettle, the fermenter and in maturation to give a big hit of enticing citrus and passion fruit flavours but without too much bitterness to slow you down.

355ml can into glass. Faint tropical fruit nose. Cloudy amber beer with solid white head. High carbonation. Zingy in the mouth. Fruit salad taste followed by hop bitterness. Really nice, moreish.
