Flavor swoops in (cue EAGLE SCREAM), grabs you by the face and flies you through the hop rainbow. At the peak of the ride it swoops back to earth and gently drops you back on your bar stool where you are refreshed, excited and ready to ride again. It’s hoppy, bold and American.

Clear amber, off-white lacing foam head. Nice hoppy aroma and bitter taste, a real US IPA. Did not look great after poor, but the taste is very nice. (Austin 201505)

Nice brew from ATX, body is a light copper, rather pale for an ipa. The head is foamy and disappears leaving a thin, whisy cap, but the lace is nice. Aromas of pine, melon, and a touch of grapefruit. Flavor is mostly pine with a dry, woody, sightly bitter bite. Overall a bit too much wood comes out, but a nice enough beer that i would drink it again.

Had on tap and can, hard to believe this is the first runnings from this new brewery .. . Pours a light caramel, great foam- sticky light lacing .. . mostly tree sap, pine shavings, and wooden door .. . Good mouthfeel, feels right and slick .. . enjoyable and sessionable .. . Yeah. Shit. Where is he? Gotta go.
