Now in six pack! This ale is light and crisp, yet retains the body and charecter of a microbrrew. Yeast: Nottingham Hops: Pilgrim, Wye Goldings Malts: Pale, Wheat, Munich ABV: 5.1% (why argue over .1%)

Just back from a tour of the brewery where I picked up a six, very nice tour and tasting of a very small brewery btw. Nose like a pils; yeast, grass/wheat, some lemon. Fairly pale gold body topped by a minimum white head with little retention and no lace. Mouth is medium bodied, carbonation a bit underdone. Flavor is mild, a good bit of sweetness, touch of hop bittering at the end, grassy with some citrus, extremely drinkable but nothing special....my wife liked it.

A most average summer ale... or maybe its not quite summer enough here yet. It is light and crisp as described but lacks any depth of character to set it apart from any other. Still, not a hateful beer - about what one would expect.
