The score for this one kept rising throughout the beer, and not because of the alcohol. Dark and cloudy brown. There’s a slight whiff of banana in the aroma and the hops and spices start out with a harsh quality, but as a sip, the harshness fades and a rich sweetness of chocolate builds to make this quite the pleasant beer after the first few sips.
