A German stape in the late 1700's and an extinct style by 1966, the Gose has been reborn and embraced by American craft brewers. Our gose is a kettle-soured wheat ale with a blend of carefully chosen sea salts. We added seasonal berries for a bright, tart, fruit-forward experience. Goseanna! An exclamation born at a Leipzig pub, and only to be said while drinking a gose, is a fitting tribute to a style that has risen from the ashes like the city we love so much. GO-ZEE-ANNA!

Pours slightly hazy, slightly reddish caramel with a thick and frothy, though not long-lasting, beige head. Aroma yields a strong note of tart and somewhat sweet raspberries plus a bit of malt. Flavor features tart and sweet raspberry, fresh malt, a little sea salt. Texture provides perky fizz and smooth, somewhat firm body. Sing its praises.
