Much like generations of the past, we find the stars to be a wonder and an inspiration. When our eyes gaze to the stars, we look into the past and likewise when we created this West Coast Double IPA we looked back to this classic style but wanted to give it a modern touch. This beer was liberally hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops. The result is a beer that presents a bold hop aroma of citrus and pine notes with nice balance of bitterness.
