Sensei (Double Dry Hopped) is a Triple India Pale Ale & the BIG brother of Master of Karate! Sensei is fermented on our house yeast then hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo, & Galaxy. Notes of citrus, mango, pineapple, & pine with a creamy mouthfeel. Think candied oranges.

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9
Pours barely translucent peach with a thick and persistent vellum head. Aroma delivers piney and rather woody hops, zesty tangerine, juicy papaya, crisp fresh malt. Flavor features piney but scarcely bitter hops, juicy orange and grapefruit and pineapple with bits of mango and tangerine, a nice malty foundation. Texture brings heavy body and lively fizz. This Sensei will teach you near perfection!
