Had a pint at Quinn's Ale House (5% abv according to bartender, who was very helpful and good humoured). Pint arrived with next to no head. Had a hazy pale orangey appearance. A pretty smooth mouthfeel, a little bit watery. Weak lacing. Aromas are harder to pinpoint with this one, pumpkin spice and malts. Flavour is somewhat strongly leaning towards the hops, but that could very well be something less obvious (to me of course). Not too bad and pretty easy to drink.

Enjoyed this brand new one at Quinn's in Ottawa, ON. Not much head, not much lacing (maybe the pour ??) and hazy golden colour. Hard to smell anything in that pub, as it is quite small and food is served all around. Eventually I get a spicy nose with the typical Ashton grain malt. Refreshing wet mouthfeel, medium-bodied. Spices for taste, with cinnamon, nutmeg and maybe ginger, very light pumpkin. Decent cereal finish with a little hop blending well with the spices. This is the first beer I have ever had at the bar at Quinn's (as all tables were taken). Quite an easy-going, refreshing when cold, pumpkin ale that gets better with every sip.
