Enjoyed a pint with Chopz at Quinn's Ale House. Pours a small amount of foamy head and has a pale golden appearance. Aromas of citrus hops and mild spices. Flavours of citrus and floral hops, nutmeg, spices and some light grainy notes. Medium bodied, slick and oily mouthfeel. Mild tartiness. Fairly excessive carbonation.

Pours a slight hazed golden colour with a white creamy head, average retention and decent lacing. Aromas of cinnamon with orange notes. Mild spicy taste (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger) with some light grain that lingers. Hints of soapy hops in the finish. A nice milder version of a Christmas Ale that goes down nicely, but nothing too crazy. Good for beginners, for the style.
