Perfect Day is a ridiculously delicious, supremely drinkable beer that goes down like a session style pale but packs the hop flavor of a big IPA; which it is. ... El Dorado, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops give Perfect Day flavors and aromas of citrus and fruits. There is also a distinct aroma and flavor of white grapes that come from the very unique Nelson Sauvin hops. We dry hopped Perfect Day with equal parts El Dorado and Citra for extra hoppy perfection. Last but not least a touch of Rye malt was used to add a subtle complexity and to compliment all of that hop flavor.

Comes out of the tap a lovely clear golden with a frothy eggshell head. Resiny hops dominate the aroma but let through citrus and subtle malty notes. Flavor is richly hoppy, evergreen and resin, fairly bitter, with a grapefruit underpinning and a malty snippet. Firm texture is quite fizzy, going down quite well - you can feel it all the way to your tummy. A great beer for a perfect day.

Golden color with a white head. Aroma contains orange, lemons, grapefruit, pine, and floral notes. Flavor is citrusy with a bit of bitterness and a hint of caramel. Aftertaste is somewhat dry. Overall it is a perfect day with this on tap.
