Brewed for Theydon_Bois wedding with Sue (07/09/13). This is a red IPA which is bursting with flavour from all the hops we manage to squeeze into the brew. The different varieties of malt that give the red colour give an initial sweetness, but that’s overtaken by the citrus, grapefruit and pine aromas and flavours from the hops.
