Our annual Belgian-style Quad has a deep copper colour and creamy off-white head. A huge beer made with only the first runnings! The intense estery aroma is complimented with toasted toffee malt with complex dried fruit and a hint of candied bananas. The intense flavour of rich malt with sweet complex esters complements the dried fruit. The mouthfeel is rich and the finish lingers long on the palate.
