Barrel-aged Belgian-style Red Saison with a red colour and ruby highlights. A yeast forward beer with barrel characters with complex fruit aromas of apricot and Brett-like funk. Barrel-Ageing in Shiraz and Pinot barrels has enhanced the red fruit characters and has imparted a light oak tannin character. The mouthfeel is medium-full and finish is dry and tart.
