The Earl Grey Brown is a Northern English Brown ale. Its slightly nutty aroma is sustained by a toasty malt backbone. Light in body , it finishes dry, and is laced with hints of bergamot.

A big thanks to Joey, my awesome beer drinking neighbor and bud, for this gem. Joey and I split a 750mL bomber of this brown ale. This was a unique and tasty beer. At first it is a standard brown ale, however, late in the finish, the flavor becomes Earl Grey tea. It's late but it happens and when it does, it is pleasant and noticeable. The flavor tracks the aroma. Well balanced brew - very well done.
