Unfiltered, its haze blended with its straw color is very inviting. The well-rounded taste of the raw grains is balanced by its subtle bitterness. Serves well with fresh vegetables, fresh cheeses and fruity starters. > Light beer > La Joufflue is served with yeast > Citrus and coriander flavors > Ideal with fresh vegetables, fresh cheese and fruity entrees

4-pack at my local convenient store. Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a fizzy-bubbly white head that goes away quickly, leaving a little foam around the edge. Sweet orange nose at first, but eventually the spices and yeast comes out. Not sure why the put the ABV down in 2010 as it taste a little too watery. Very mild watered-down orange juice in light beer. Not much wheat. My first one was alright from the can, and I think that is how I will drink the rest.

Yellow straw color, very strong citrus aroma, some vegetable and coriander into the mix giving some interesting flavor...Somewhat very lightand a bit too lemony,a bit above average.
