Cold Smoke was brewed in collaboration with our friends behind the James Beard nominated restaurant One Flew South & Southern National. The concept was inspired by our mutual love for smoked food, a passion for locally sourced ingredients, and culinary excellence. We created this smoked lager with over 94% regionally-sourced ingredients, using custom peach and pecan-smoked malt blends from Indiana's Sugar Creek Malt Co., providing a modern American flare to this traditional German rauchbier. This crystal clear amber lager brings vibrant smokiness, notes of toasted croissant, and a clean finish. Please enjoy this one-of-a-kind collaboration.

Pours clear amber with a thick and frothy, though short-lived, buff head. Aroma gives toasted malt, smoky, and subtle pomme notes. Flavor provides smoky, toasty, pomme, and subtle resiny hop character. Texture presents good body and perky fizz. Down in smoke.
