Brick & Maple puts an adventurous spin on our Brick & Mortar base recipe. This specialty style is a classic British brown ale with caramel, nutty, and biscuit notes that are accompanied by sweetness from a healthy addition of dark organic Vermont Maple Syrup. We use a variety of grains which contribute to its smooth mouthfeel and lingering finish.

Taps translucent caramel with a nice buff head. Aroma offers toasted malt, maple syrup and woody hops. Flavor provides woody, maple, toasted malt and subtle citrus tones. Texture features lively fizz and firm body. It's a brick house - and a maple tree.
