Lubelski is produced with the addition of wild forest fruits to nectar honey. One litre of Pó³torak mead contains 720 g of natural honey. Pó³torak mead matures for several years to achieve full clarity. In time its rich aroma hides a high content of alcohol (16%) and acidity forming the finest liquor there is. It has a subtle though clearly discernible aroma.

Bottled (thanks Miksu!). Deep honeyish golden colour, no head. Aroma is honey, slight wood, nectar and mild notes of alcohol. Flavour is honey, nectar, mild alcohol, wood and some resiny notes.
