Poured up on tap at the Papago Hopageddon event where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that has copper hues and supports an off white head. The mild aroma is softly sweet and faintly hoppy with pine and citrus hops. The taste delivers sweet malts that quickly give ground to soft on the palate sweetened citrus tangelo and clementine hoppiness. It has a layer of resiny pine hops are restrained, but in a good way, by the soft rye and malt sweetness. This is a nice soft IPA but on the timid side.
