Springtime crusher! Strawberries dominate the pallet at first sip, with the basil and salty gose base rounding out the finish. The basil intensifies slightly as this sour warms up. Brewed in memory of girl, and former Furkid, Basil who passed away in Novemeber 2021. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this beer will be donated to Furkids Animal Rescue

Pours hazy topaz with a thick and lasting parchment head. Aroma begins with tart and sweet strawberries, and adds herbal and malt notes as you close in. Flavor provides tart and sweet strawberry, herbal and fresh malt notes. Texture gives decent body and peppy fizz. To all the cats my friends and I have ever known, and buried.
