We skipped the hot side hops additions on this hazy IPA and went straight to triple dry hopping it. Featuring BRU-1, which bursts of pineapple and stone fruits, we rounded it out with Galaxy and El Dorado

Taps opaque papaya with a fair ivory head. Aroma features resiny hops, funk, fresh malt, a tangy citrus undercurrent. Flavor offers piney hops, more resin than wood, plus funky, citrus and malty notes. Texture yields good body and peppy fizz. Don't fear the haze.
