Once during a tour of Amager Brewery took my mom a hop pellet from a display glass. She thought it was a piece of Viennese malt and gnaskede joyfully on the little pill. Joy was soon turned to horror as the cruel truth suddenly dawned on my mother. My mother still lives, but her taste was forever fried away at it, there just should have been a nice day at the brewery. The above story is true down to the smallest point, and my mother is not proud of it. But I retell it to warn about the totally careless handling of hops that occur in Amager Brewery. One year they brewed a heated double IPA with 20 different hops. The following year would surpass windbag himself and sprinkled 23 hops in the brewing vat. This time they finished at 30 hops, yes you read right. Three-ten hops. And now it's not fun anymore, it's just perverse. Knaves know obviously not what they have going on - it is pure Disney. My mom would go into acute convulsions if she so much as sniffed at this beer. And you tend to hop shock, we can not recommend this beer. It is hereby Rated XxX - then you're even asking for it!

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Amber colour, small slightly off-white head, Aroma is catpiss, rather harsh hoppyness. Flavour is a bit more balanced up, but still not that well balanced.
