Intense pink head over clear, ruby-red beer. Cherry nose, cherry skins & kernels, slight lactic nose, but essentialy fruity. Dry, but quite fruity cherry flavour, some slight cookie malts behind. Lipsmacking cherries’ finish. Mineral water quality, spritzy, refreshing. Excellent fruitbeer among the best not-lambic based kriekbieren available.

On draught at Sergios in Louisville. Holy shit- Sour city! Quite possibly the most sour beer I've tried yet. And incredibly beautiful, I might add. Oak, the sour cherries that hung from my parents cherry trees. Brett, spritzy, tanniny, wine-like beer. Tart, sour chewy, tastey beautiful nonsense. So glad I got to try this :)
