Desde Althaia hemos querido rendir un homenaje a este estilo y crear nuestra IPA Althaia Artesana, Con un mayor contenido en alcohol (6,5 % vol) y la utilización exclusiva de lúpulos en flor, para ensalzar el carácter afrutado, tropical y resinoso de los lúpulos utilizados, y basándonos en técnicas algo más modernas como el Dry Hoppin ( adición de lúpulo fuera de la cocción). 33cl from some shop in Altea. Pours surprisingly muddy brownish with an off-white head. Fruity and hoppy with solid citrusy and piney notes, mild malty. Moderate sweet with fresh hoppy and fruity flavours and a good bitterness. Refeshing and nice IPA.
