We’re going all in on pine to finish the year. We harvested the yeast from our Alpine pilsner (brewed with spruce tips), and fermented this beer with it to capture the alpine essence. We went with a hop blend of Mosaic, Simcoe, Chinook, and Mosaic Cryo that showcases pine-forward notes alongside tropical, citrus, and dank threads that are crucial to our IPAs. Conedrift leans into some of the resinous and dense characters of classic IPA while being rooted in new wave flavors that make it feel fresh and approachable
