Mine was named Allgäuer Büble Bier Urbayrisch Dunkel and was at 5.3% ABV. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor caramel, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and bread, leading to a dry finish.

Pours a murky orangey brown color, a decent initial head, weak lacing, pretty boring appearance. Aroma was strong caramel and some chocolate. Flavor was sickly sweet caramel, chocolate notes, molasses, sticky. Only a slight detection of some grassy hops, otherwise this isn't finishing lager crisp at all. A miserable representation of what Germany can do.

Medium brown color. Medium head. Aroma is malty. A medium bodied dunkel. Malts are slightly roasted and slightly sweet. Hops are slightly spicy. Hints of chocolate, dark fruits and rum. Nice balanced. Smooth taste. A touch understated in the flavor department. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

A medium thick offwhite head rests atop a deep red-brown body with some lace clanging to the glass. The aroma is sweet and malty with notes of caramel and slight sour/bitter notes. The flavor is also sweet and malty with notes of caramel. A slightly bitter hoppy note lingers into the finish. Medium bodied, slightly oily and a touch warming.
