We can’t promise inner peace, but our Full Moon IPA definitely has a zen-like balance of smooth body and light carbonation. Full Moon is a West Coast style IPA that is both kettle hopped and dry hopped with Centennial and Cascades. The hops provide this ale with a nice citrus-like taste to balance out the caramel malts. The beer world is full of hop bomb IPAs with enough IBUs to turn even the most seasoned hop heads taste buds to dust.With Full Moon we wanted to do something different to show off the world of flavours the IPA style has to offer. We’ve come up with a beer that not only delight the palate, but leaves it wanting more.Full Moon isn’t a palate wrecker, it’s a palate pleaser. Carefully crafted to have a bright and full hop flavour, while not overpowering the subtle malty notes that provide a solid backbone for this well balanced, sessionable IPA. Citrus notes in Full Moon contrast beautifully with spicy, heat-charred, and smoky flavours. Cheeses like Stilton and blue cheese are perfect match!
