We took a chance on a hop so experimental it doesn’t have a name yet, and it paid off very nicely! A thick white cap of foam releases aromas of pineapple and tropical fruit. On the palate hints of malt and more tropical fruit give way to a pleasent lingerng bitterness.

Light golden amber with a tall long lasting crown, looks nice but not like an IIPA. There is roapy lacing that sticks all over the glass. Aroma is weak!!!! Wet grass, very mild hop, not that much bitter. More wet grass, very mild non flavoured bitterness, mild lemon, some gum, not much else. Highly drinkable due to the light flavour and mild bitter but for a IIPA its not up to snuff. FAIL ALLEY KAT FAIL!!!
