Hop On is our Gluten Free Pale and it makes no compromises on flavour, fresh pine aroma gives way to bold tropical fruit flavours with a lingering bitter finish. 'Certified Gluten Free' - <10ppm Great Taste Judgement: This poured beautifully - a very enticing glass. A fruit, citrus nose with hints of pineapple - an exotic fruit nose promising much, which happily follows and expands through to the taste. The hops appear as soon as it hits your palate. It has a lovely mouthfeel, reasonably full in the body for a pale ale. The judges found it punchy and well-balanced. The fact that it is gluten-free is a bonus.

500 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%, IBU 61. Nearly clear deep golden colour, moderate white head. The aroma has moderately fruity (berries more than citrus) and piney notes, also distinct notes of toffee. Surprisingly good body for a gluten free ale of this ABV. The slightly sweet flavour has the same elements as the aroma, and a distinct and rather sharp hop bitterness in the finish.
