The first beer brewed by Allendale Brewery on St. Valentine's Day 2006. A beautiful light ruby ale, highly drinkable with a refreshing bitterness and an exciting citrus floral hop character from a late hopping of Cascade. Curlew's Rescue is a re-branded version of our Curlew's return to support the North Tyne Mountain Rescue team. We will be donating 10p per pint sold to this lifesaving organisation.

500 ml bottle, from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes. ABV is 4.2%, IBU 31. Hops are Columbus and Cascade, malts are pale, dark crystal and dark cara. Amber colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of fruity hops, also some caramel. Fairly well hopped flavour, spicy and fruity notes, slightly sweet, again some caramel.
