This beer is the fruitful result of traditional beermaking using Norwegian pure water and the yeast from one of the best white wines in the world. The yeast is sourced from the fermentation of Riesling Berg Kaisersteinfels from Weingut Leitz in Rheingau, Germany. The beer is a light and crips ale with a distinct vinous character.
