Dette ølet er en vestkyst-IPA med en belgisk vri. Ølet har en dyp gyllen farge. Vi har brukt masse Amerikansk humle både under kokingen og under gjæringen. Amarillo, CTZ, Simcoe og Cascade. Vår vri er å tilsette all humlen i løpet av de siste 30 minuttene av kokingen og gjære dette med belgisk gjær. IBU er på ca. 60. Vi synes resultatet har blitt en ny og interessant IPA. On tap at Rekord Bar, Drammen. Slightly hazy amber with a dense, off-white head. Rather fruity aroma with notes of Belgian yeast, hints of oranges, spices and malt. Medium to moderate sweet with fruity and rather mild hoppy flavours and a fairly light bitterness. Easy to drink and enjoyable enough, but hardly exciting.
