500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured a slight hazy ruby-brown coloured Dunkel with a short two fingers slight tan creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, corn, grain, notes of coffee. The flavour is toasted malts, dark ripe fruits, raisins, plums, spicy with a touch of pepper and licorice. The mouthfeel is round. This medium to full bodied Dunkel has a slight bitter and malty finish. A very nice tasting Dunkel from Upper Franconia.
